Vehicle Description CMC has just taken in this very original 1973 Corvette Stingray into our showroom.
Having the same owner for almost 40 Years and being powered by the numbers match engine, this Corvette is a great find.
We purchased this car from a Corvette collector who purchased the for his wife in 1979.
They used the car and stored it at there summer home in the later years.
In the last few years, the car has not been driven as much as it should have been and it sat in storage for a few years.
The car runs and drives great, however a full service would be advised prior to driving the car extensively.
The headlights are inoperable at the moment.
All other lights and gauges are functioning wheel.
The underside is clean and original.
The car is mechanically excellent and transmission shifts into all gears well.
This is a matching numbers Corvette throughout with the VIN number stamped on each block and on the side of the transmission.
Cosmetically, this is a very original car that received one repaint in the original color Code 922 Medium Blue in the 1990'S.
The paint shines well, but has numerous imperfections and chips.
The interior is all original and looks good.
The Deluxe Black leather interior is in excellent original condition.
The leather seats are plush, smooth and supple.
The carpets are very clean.
All gauges appear to work well.
The radio buzzes but does not play.
This car is considered to be driver quality condition.
If you want a show car, this is not the paint job for you as it is an older repaint.
